HAPPY 10TH BIRTHDAY LIL RICKY!!

Did I really just write 10!? How can that be? Just yesterday he was stumbling and learning to walk. His tiny little hand was holding mine when we walked. He was a lil kid who always hugged my knee because that is how high he was.  No matter how old or tall he gets he will always be my little boy.

He was completely spoiled by his Aunt Vlady. She made his birthday extra special and did a 10 day count down. Day #1: 10 cake pops. #2: 10 balloons filled with $1. #3: 2 movie tickets with candy. #4:  Pippi Longstockig book #5Nice lunch at one of the top hamburger places, show Pippi Longstocking ( he loved it!) and ended it with House of Pies. #6: Game - Meet the Parents ( it's challenging). #7: Sky bouncer. #8: DVD Rio 2.  #9: Subscription to Kids National Geographic. #10: 2 Abercombie shirts.

He had a choice to have a big party or get a big gift. He chose a big gift. He was finally able to get his IPod touch. He loves it and will not put it down. It's great. He gets to stay in contact with family. We find out things from him. ;).
We did have a small get together. My sister and her family came over and his best friend, Brooklyn and her family. We had chicken fajitas with all the fixings. For his cake he wanted a refrigerator Oreo cake. It was a hit. He got 2 $25 iTunes gift cards. Could not ask for a better gift to go with his Ipod. We had a great time celebrating.

**One of the best things was that Brooklyn's sister, Briana, took our gold fish!!!.

We continued celebrating his birthday on Saturday. Saturday evening Dad made reservations for Olive Oil. Lil Ricky has been asking to go. It's a Greek restaurant. On Sat though they put on a show. Greek and belly dancers. The kids favorite part is throwing of the plates and yelling OPA!. Always a fun time.

Lil Ricky,
I can't believe you're 10. You are such an amazing kid. God is molding you perfectly and there is nothing I would change. Everywhere we go, I always get compliments on your manners. Your an amazing brother to Hana and Vincent. Super caring even at times when I don't think you should be, but you have such a big heart. You don't know how to deviate from it. It is an extremely rare quality. You are very out going and funny. You make me laugh daily. Not only were you blessed with a great personality, but you are super smart. You are just perfect and I'm extremely blessed to call you my son.
Your biggest dream in life is to be an actor. Keep dreaming big, little buddy. Anything is possible as long as you believe in it and work hard for it. Don't let anyone stop you! You will make an extraordinary actor. And yes, the tabloid magazines will be a pain. As you are already preparing for having no privacy.
I love you more than I could ever put into words.
Our family is so blessed to have you.
Enjoy being 10!!
