Few Fall Pictures

On one of my play dates, Kathy was nice enough to bring props and take pictures of the kids. Here's a few of mine.

My Handsome Little Guy

I can't believe how fast Ricky is growing up. This is the first time he's wearing a tie and slacks. That's my handsome little guy!! I just hope he stays so sweet and innocent.
I love you to pieces!!!

RICKY LOOSES MORE TEETH -- #4 AND #5!!

Ricky's teeth have been dropping falling out at an alarming rate. Well I think they have, but I don't know what's normal. If they keep falling out at this rate, i'm going to have to start blending his food and tell him the Tooth Fairy filed for unemployment.
On Saturday Oct 9, 2010 he lost his 4th tooth. It is his top tooth, on the right of his big tooth. It was dangling for a while and a little daddy and Ricky wrestling helped get that one out.
On Oct 20, 2010 Ricky lost his 5th tooth. His top left big tooth. He was getting ready for school. Dad was wiping his mouth and it fell out.
I'm starting to see a coincidence here. Dad has been involved in the last 2 teeth incidents. Hmmmmmmm.........

TGR EXOTICS PUMPKIN PATCH

Every year in October there are many Halloween festivals/pumpkin patches in our area. I love taking the kids. It seems like we go every weekend. My favorite is the TGR Exotics pumpkin patch. I like it because it's very laid back, not over crowded, family operated and the best part is there are animals. They rescue and raise exotic animals. Now you don't get to see the real exotic animals, but what you get to see is perfect for kids. They always have a kangaroo running around. In the field there are ponies and pigs you get to pet. You can walk over to the camels, which are super interesting. Unfortunately not this year, but the past 2 years we timed it just right and the kids were able to bottle feed a baby camel.

                                                 Kids petting the kangaroo.
Having fun painting their pumpkins. They got carried away with the glitter.
Hana getting her face painted. She was super good.

                                                           Daddy with his angry kitty.

Aardvark. We were told that there are only 26 in the USA because they are extremely hard to keep in captivity due to their digging. This one was about to be transported to CA.
They are nocturnal animals. He couldn't stay awake!
                                                         What a great looking zebra!

Ricky really got attached to this pony. She also followed him.
                                                          Petting the camels. Super friendly.

RICKY LOOSES HIS 3RD TOOTH!!

On Septermber 29, 2010, Ricky lost his 3rd tooth!! It's his top middle one. It has been loose for a while. He lost it at lunch while he was at school. He was super excited because he got to go see the nurse. She put it in a little treasure box. Super cool!!
He was so excited for the tooth fairy to come. For some reason he thinks the tooth fairy will leave him $20. I don't know where he gets that idea, but it's not the case here. My mom happened to be here at this time also. Since she sleeps with Ricky and Hana I had to give her the money and instruct her on what to do. In the Czech Republic apparently the tooth fairy doesn't exist. Ricky was a little stressed that the tooth fairy will take his treasure box. I had to explain to him that I will have a talk with the tooth fairy, and she will only take the tooth.
The tooth fairy came in the middle of the night and silently took the tooth only.
When Ricky woke up he went looking for what the tooth fairy left him, but there was nothing under his pillow. Oh no!! He came running into the living room where dad was and said "the tooth fairy took my tooth, but didn't leave anything." Oh no, could it be? Did the tooth fairy steal his tooth? Not only was he disappointed she didn't leave $20 but she stole his tooth!
Dad told him to go look again and the tooth fairy left a generous $3 under Hana's pillow. Whew... what a relief.
